사진은 어디에 저장되나요? 피부 분석 사진은 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 봐 주세요.
부적절한 게시물을 봤어요. 해당 화장대의 ⋯ → 신고를 눌러 주세요. 24시간 이내에 확인합니다. 작성자 차단도 같은 자리에 있습니다.
계정·데이터 삭제
앱에서 직접:더보기 → 회원 탈퇴. 확인을 누르면 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
앱을 쓸 수 없을 때: 위 이메일로 「계정 삭제」라고 보내 주세요. 가입에 쓰신 로그인 수단(카카오·Apple·Google)과 그 계정의 이메일 주소를 함께 적어 주시면, 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 24시간 이내에 처리합니다.

피부 분석 사진은 애초에 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 촬영 기록은 기기 안에만 있고, 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다.
남의 화장대에 남긴 댓글은 «본문만» 지워지고 자리는 남습니다. 통째로 사라지면 그 아래 답글이 허공에 뜨기 때문입니다. 작성자 연결도 함께 끊겨 누가 썼는지 알 수 없게 됩니다. 이 빈 자리는 기간 제한 없이 남습니다 — 본문과 작성자 연결이 지워진 뒤라 개인정보가 아닌 껍데기입니다.

I signed in a different way and my vanity is empty. That created a separate account. Sign back in the way you used before, then link the others under More → Sign-in methods.
How do I delete my account?More → Delete account. Your vanity, records, and comments are removed with it.
Where are my photos stored? Skin-analysis photos are not stored on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.
I saw inappropriate content. Tap ⋯ → Report on that vanity. We review within 24 hours. Blocking the author is in the same menu.
Delete your account and data
In the app:More → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
If you can't use the app: email us with the subject "Delete account". Include the sign-in method you used (Kakao, Apple, or Google) and the email address on that account. After verifying it's you, we process it within 24 hours on business days.

Your account and profile — nickname, profile photo, skin survey
Your vanity, the products in it, and your match scores
Hearts you gave, your notification history, and device push tokens
Worth knowing
Skin-analysis photos are never stored on our servers. Scan records live only on your device and go away when you delete the app.
Comments you left on other people's vanities keep their place, but the text is erased. Removing them entirely would leave the replies beneath them dangling. The author link is severed too, so no one can tell who wrote them. The empty slot remains indefinitely — with the text and author link gone, it holds no personal data.
